June 4, 2013: 14dp3dt- bloodwork (1st pregnancy test) Test came back DEFINITELY POSITIVE!!! Beta: 434 Continue with progesterone oil 1cc
May 29, 2013: 8dp3dt- ultrasound to check ovaries and lining. Lining measured 19-20 (good). Ovaries were still swollen and there was a small amount of fluid. Continue with progesterone oil 1cc
May 22, 2013: 1dp3dt- total 6 embryos on ice, continue with progesterone oil 1cc
May 21, 2013: transferred 2- 8 cell embryos (3 day transfer) 4.5 and 4.2 out of 5. Z-pack (5 days), Methylprednisolone 16 mg (4 days), progesterone oil 1cc
May 20, 2013: 5 developing embryos. 3-4 cells, symmetrical, clean. Z-pack (5 days), Methylprednisolone 16 mg (4 days), progesterone oil 1cc
May 19, 2013: 12 eggs fertilized using ICSI. 6 fertilized eggs frozen and 6 left out to watch. Z-pack (5 days), Methylprednisolone 16 mg (4 days), progesterone oil 1cc

May 15, 2013: bloodwork and ultrasound- more follicle visible, very large, a couple follicles measuring 17. 5 units Lupron, 125 IU Follistim
May 13, 2013: bloodwork and ultrasound- 10 follicles found measuring "12ish." 5 units Lupron, alternate between 125 IU and 150 IU Follistim
May 10, 2013: bloodwork and ultrasound- 8 follicles found. 5 units Lupron, alternate between 125 IU and 150 IU Follistim
May 2, 2013: bloodwork & ultrasound - saw some follicles, ovaries looked good. Lower Lupron to 5 units, start 100 IU Follistim (in p.m.)
May 28, 2013: Period started
April 18, 2013: Pregnancy Test- negative, Start Lupron injections- 20 units
March 28, 2013: Period started-Cycle Day #1 (Wait 3 weeks)
March 28, 2013: Review consent forms and blood tests with RE
March 26, 2013: Injections Course & Updated financial meeting
March 25, 2013: Met with Counselor- discussed multiples, financial issues, worries/concerns, etc- overall she said we seemed very calm
March 29 and 21, 2013: Blood tests completed
March 11, 2013: Follow-up #3 with RE- updated checklist given, new blood tests ordered
June 25, 2012: Met with RE again for a follow-up #2 consultation & had financial meeting- seriously saving started
February 27, 2012: Follow-up #1 consultation with RE- IVF Recommended (SA showed 3% morphology, all other number looked good)
February 20, 2012: Endometrial biopsy (unsuccessful and could not complete)- Horrible experience. My uterus is backwards so it made the procedure difficult. I ended up almost fainting in the waiting room.
February 16, 2012: Nick had semen analysis & bloodwork
February 2, 2012: HSG- showed no blockages
January 30, 2012: Bloodwork
January 11, 2012: Consultation with fertility specialist- Testing Recommended
November 2011: Spoke to OB/GYN about options- Fertility Specialist Recommended- I was worried it was me since I get very bad periods and Nick was worried it had something to do with the removal of a testicle he had in 2007 due to a cyst.
April 2011: Started TTC...again- Took temperatures, used ovulation predictors
March 9, 2011: Miscarriage : ( - Spotted for three days and called the doctor each day. They said it was normal. On the ninth, the spotting changed color and cramping began while I was at the doctors. An ultrasound was completed. As cramping became worse, we were sent directly to the ER. Later in the evening, a D&C was completed. - The ultrasound showed growth stopped at 7 weeks.
February 22, 2011: First ultrasound and blood test
February 14, 2011: First OB appointment- no testing done
February 4, 2011: Pregnancy test- positive, We were surprised but VERY excited.
November 2010: Stopped taking birth control & Started TTC
July 23, 2010: Married my Best Friend : ) Best DAY ever!!
